Hi, Darren, thanks for taking the time, let’s start with an introduction. What is your background and what do you do?

For the last 5 or so years I’ve been working full time as a blogger. Before that I worked as a youth worker and minister in churches.

I understand that you run ProBlogger.net and also you are one of the founders of b5media.com. How do you manage to run these websites and still have time for family and fun?

Life is very busy but I work hard to have boundaries around the different activities in my life. I set aside blocks of time for work and work hard in those times. I also have times set aside for family and relaxation and protect those times too! It’s about being disciplined and working hard during the work times so you can relax and have fun at other times.

About how many visitors daily does your blog receive?

I have three blogs - ProBlogger.net, Digital-Photography-School.com и TwiTip.com.

On an average month they get around 2.5 million visitors.

Can we have a little background information - where do you live? How old are you? What is your education?

I am currently 25 years old living in a small country called Singapore. I am currently perusing my degree in Computing (Information Systems) and will be graduating at the end of this year.

What gave you the idea to create your first Wordpress plugin? What plugin was it? What gave you the idea for this plugin?

My first plugin was WP-Polls, I was always fascinated how polls works (as in the coding part) and hence I decided to try it out myself. It started out as a “hack” for b2 and I eventually ported it to WordPress when it came out. I used to play counter-strike a lot last time and this site CS Nation, csnation.net is the one give me the idea for the polls as that site used to have lots of polls last time.

Can you tell our readers a little about yourself, what you do and where you’re from?

I am a freelance designer specializing in development of sites for WordPress. I live in the Dallas, Texas area with my husband and two boys. Aside from my main site, randaclay.com, I also have two other sites: freestuff4kids.net and mysocialbuttons.com, as well as a personal blog.

A typical day in the life of Randa Clay, how is it like?

I work from home while taking care of my two little boys who are 3 yrs old and 8 months old, so a typical day involves lots of back and forth between the computer and changing diapers and playing with the little ones. It can be challenging because I rarely get to finish a task in one sitting! On any given day I may be doing design in Photoshop, coding a WordPress theme, networking and commenting on other blogs, using Twitter, etc. I am a master at typing one-handed while holding a little guy on my lap.

Hi, Sanjay! Would you, please, introduce yourself telling us a bit about your background and how did you first become involved with designing websites?

Hi, My name is Sanjay Sharma, I am living in great incredible country India, In India I live at jaipur in Rajasthan which is called by his lovely pet name PINKCITY, It is pink city but you find so many colors here in people life, and main color is pink as you know pink is the most romantic and joyful color, it welcomes your life and ravish you up, that’s why my city also encourage me to think some fresh and antique. It has too much about saying my city but I think it’s sufficient to say my background.

I am a Creative design head in my company for last 5 years and I am having Bluetooth in my organization also, I am very lucky that I am seeing my company is being more capable and strong in designing and web development and it’s such an honor for me to be a part of this organization.
